A soft shackle does the job of a steel bow shackle at a fraction of the weight, and without the danger of flying metal if a line lets go. Braided from high-strength synthetic fibre, the Ironman 4x4 Soft Shackle is the safer, lighter choice for snatch recoveries on UAE sand and rock.

Because it flexes, it connects to recovery points, hitches and tow eyes that a rigid steel shackle simply will not fit. It also floats rather than disappearing into soft sand, and it will not rust or seize after a season of dune runs.

Choose 14T for everyday 4x4 recovery work, or step up to 17.5T when you are pulling a loaded touring rig or want extra margin on a hard snatch.
