All orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the destination and product type:

  • Dubai
    Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally dispatched for next business day delivery, subject to product availability.
  • Other Emirates
    Orders delivered to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain typically arrive within 2 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary for oversized items, remote locations, or during peak periods.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all UAE Emirates, serving:

  • Workshops and garages
  • Fleet operators
  • Resellers
  • Individual customers

Delivery availability is subject to courier service coverage in specific locations.

Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Standard items are packed using reinforced packaging
  • Large or heavy components may be shipped using specialized carriers to ensure safe handling

Payment & Delivery Conditions

    We offer multiple secure payment options across the UAE to ensure a smooth and convenient purchasing experience:

    • Online Payments: Customers can complete purchases securely using debit/credit cards through our payment gateway.
    • Bank Transfer: Available for direct payments. Order processing will begin once payment confirmation is received.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within the UAE for selected orders.

    All orders are processed upon payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order confirmation (for COD). Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

    Delays & Exceptions

    While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
